- Special accommodation rates are available for bookings from March 11 to 15, 2026.

Cancellation Policy for Accomodation/Food
- Free cancellation until January 18th 2026.
- For room cancellation between January 19th and February 15th 2026, 50% of the overnights will be charged.
- For room cancellation between February 16th and March 1st 2026, 100% of the overnights will be charged.
- For room cancellation between March 2nd and 8th 2026, 100% of the overnights and 50% of the conference rates
will be charged. - For room cancellation from March 9th 2026 on, 100% of the overnights and 100% of the conference rates will be charged.
- Credit card guarantees your booking, but you will not be charged at registration.
